Shabbos was nice here in Scottsdale. We had lunch with friends we made in a previous visit, and walked around the neighborhood a bit.
Today we did homeschool and caught up on things we’ve been meaning to do, like installing steel braid shielding on my PPG spark plug lead to reduce RF interference on my aviation radio:
Tonight we played a quick game of dominoes before the kids went to bed:
Tomorrow we’ll head towards Las Vegas.
After homeschool, I went for a ride with a local rider to poke at nearby climbs. From the top, much of the metro area is visible:
Good Shabbos from Scottsdale, Arizona!
Today we went over to spend the day with Glenn, Edna, and Christi. We first played Bocce Ball:
Towards evening we played Mexican Train:
Today is Tricia’s second day with Christi in Sedona, so we sent her photos to assure her we weren’t going hungry:
Between homeschool subjects, I used our tire plug kit to repair the puncture in our RV tire from last Friday:
“Look Mommy, lunch!”:
Meanwhile, Trish and Christi woke up to a foggy day in Sedona:
They went to one of those “ye olde photographer” places:
On their way back to Phoenix, they stopped a viewpoint south of Sedona. By then, the fog had cleared:
We were all very happy to have Trish back tonight!
Today Trish and Christi took the truck for a two day adventure in Sedona, about three hours north of here. We sent Trish this photo to convince her that we weren’t starving:
She sent this photo back:
