It’s another beautiful day here on Jean Lake:

Part of homeschool today was practicing camera control manipulation outdoors. The kids are using their cameras in “M” mode, manually adjusting ISO, shutter speed, and aperture to get the correct exposure:

Next up was an introduction to Stencyl:

Meanwhile, in the distance, something was going on involving trucks with colored smoke and a circling helicopter, seen here on the left:

In Geography Through Art, the kids painted the Taj Mahal:

In Writing, B completed the cover for her short story, which was written on circular sheets of paper:

B painted a series of desert plants as an extension of her writing work:
